All first-time orders of Natural Health Certified Hoodia come with a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

If you wish to return the product, you must call customer service at 1-866-823-4567 and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions before your 30 Day Money Back Guarantee period is over. Returns must be received by our warehouse no later than 15 days after the issuance of your RMA number.

Refunds will be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged. We recommend utilizing a return shipping method with tracking. We are not responsible for returned or lost packages. Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.
